How to Access the LMS Platform?

Access EV Academy

1. Go to our official Eastvantage Employee Tool "EVOX".

​- https://evox2.eastvantage.com/

​- Enter your username and password.

2. Navigate/Hover your cursor/mouse to your upper left side of the screen to see the EVOX Menu. 

3. Select "EV Academy". 

​- Enter your username and password.

4. Start exploring courses!


First Time Activation/Set Up

After the automatic enrolment to the platform you will receive an invitation to your work email address:

1.    Open Your Invitation Email:

Check your inbox for an invitation email from learning@eastvantage.com.

The subject line "Welcome to EV Academy | Your Login Information"

2.    Accept the Invitation:

Open the invitation email.

Click on the "Accept Invitation" button.

3.    Provide Your Email:

You will be redirected to a page where you need to enter your sign-in email.

Enter your sign-in email

4.    Set Your Password:

After entering your email, you will be prompted to set a password for your account.

Choose a strong password and confirm it.

5.    Log In to the LMS:

1. Go to our official Eastvantage Employee Tool "EVOX".

2. Navigate/Hover your cursor/mouse to your upper left side of the screen to see the EVOX Menu. 

3. Select "EV Academy".

How do I log in to the Learning Management System (LMS)?

1. Go to our official Eastvantage Employee Tool "EVOX".

2. Navigate/Hover your cursor/mouse to your upper left side of the screen to see the EVOX Menu. 

3. Select "EV Academy".

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your password. If you encounter any issues, contact your LMS administrator for assistance (learning@eastvantage.com).



I'm having trouble logging in. What could be the problem?

If you're experiencing difficulties logging in, ensure that you're entering the correct username and password. Check for any typing errors and make sure that your caps lock is off. Make sure you use the official office email address not personal. If the issue persists, contact your LMS administrator for further assistance.

 


Can I access the LMS from my mobile device?

No, the LMS is not accessible from mobile devices as of the moment.



I'm a new user. How do I navigate the LMS and find my courses?

Upon logging in, you'll find yourself on the dashboard where you can easily access your enrolled courses. The navigation tab on the top right now includes "Home," "LMS Courses," and "FAQs." You can click on the "EV Academy" logo to return to the home page at any time.

 

Under "LMS Courses," you'll discover three navigation tabs: "Mandatory Courses," "My Courses," and "All Courses." "Mandatory Courses" are company-mandated courses that you must complete. "My Courses" displays the courses assigned to you, including those with specific deadlines. All your enrolled courses will appear here as well. "All Courses" showcases all available courses for enrollment. Remember to complete any courses you enroll in.

 

Make the most of the "Search Courses" feature to easily find courses that interest you. If you need assistance at any point, contact learning@eastvantage.com.

 


I completed a course. How do I access my certificate or proof of completion?

Upon completing a course, certificates or proof of completion may be available within the LMS course/s you just completed. Navigate to the “My Course” and select the course you just completed to download or view your certificate. You can also view and download your certificate upon completing each course.

 


I encountered an error while accessing course materials. What should I do?

If you encounter any errors or technical issues while accessing course materials, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact your LMS administrator (learning@eastvantage.com for further assistance, providing details of the error you encountered.
